CONSULTANCY HISTORY

Amnitec Ltd. Merthyr April – December 2006
Original terms of reference with Amnitec Ltd, were to reconstruct the documented quality management system (DQMS) and perform a full internal audit program in accordance with ISO 9001 2000, and in preparation for external audit by LRQA.
Following the overhaul of the quality system, I created and delivered an Internal Quality Audit course training 4 existing staff members for continued auditor independence.
Rolls Royce is a key customer of Amnitec Ltd, and as result of a RR Process Audit I was commissioned to develop the DQMS to comply with the aerospace standard BS EN 9100. In addition, I played a key role in training & facilitating Team Oriented Problem Solving employing the “5 Why” methodology.




High Precision Wales Ltd Treforest June 2003 - Date
Originally commissioned to establish, implement, maintain and audit a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 2000. Since successful registration with NQA in December 2004, I have continued to audit, maintain and develop HP Wales’ quality system along with the creation of a bespoke “QA Database” dedicated to key quality records including: Measuring Equipment data (Calibration Records), Process Routings, Supplier data, Training records, nonconformance data, Customer Satisfaction, Purchase Orders and of course, Document Control.
In addition to the QA Database, I have developed a company website for HP Wales which is still active.



Laserit, Yate, Bristol June 2004 - Date
Originally commissioned to re-establish (after suspension), overhaul, maintain and audit a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 2000. Since successfully regaining registration with BVQI in November 2004, I have continued to audit, maintain and develop the quality system along with the creation of a bespoke “QA Database” dedicated to key quality records.
